He possesses the ability to absorb energy. His body is constantly absorbing and storing energy (allowing him to retain energy under roofed structures and even at night) which in turn grants him incredible powers, including superhuman strength, enhanced senses, semi-penetrable skin, and the ability to defy gravity.
He has the ability to physically lift impossibly massive amounts of weight and easily surpasses the Class 100 strength level (this is the ability to lift over 100
tons under normal conditions) and has no known limit. Legend's strength is aided in lifting/supporting the most massive objects--especially when flying--by the bioelectric
force field his body produces.
Legend has the ability to move and fly incredibly fast. He shows the ability to achieve speeds faster than light though his exact limit is unknown.
Legend is able to see over great distances and perceive even the smallest of objects. This vision also allows him to see through the atomic structure of an object.
Legend’s physiology can convert stored energy into beams of highly concentrated thermal energy which can reach temperatures comparable to those produced by stars. The two beams of energy which are released from his eyes are
bright blue in color, but at lower temperatures can be made invisible, allowing him to work undetected.
Legend has the ability to hear all sounds at any volume or pitch and across any distance, presumably as long as there is atmosphere to carry the sonic vibrations.
Legend’s enhanced physiology allows him exert himself to physical peak for an undetermined amount of time.
He is protected by an invisible force field that eliminates waste, provides a breathable atmosphere for the wielder in any environment(underwater,space,etc.)
and protects the wielder from all forms of harm (radiation,bullets,etc.).
When his body is charged with energy he is able to emit a gravitational field that enables him to defy gravity. He has extreme mobility while he is in flight allowing him to fight, change course, and also carry great weights. While in Earth's atmosphere he is able to move at supersonic speed; while in space, he can move at superluminal speeds.
Legend is shown to have knowledge in hand to hand combat, the most basic being Boxing and Wrestling.
His energy power's most distinctive effect is the generation of blue, solid light. The size, complexity, and strength of it is limited only by his willpower
When active, his energy power will encase him in a protective, life supporting force field. This force field allows him to fly, travel through inhospitable environments (outer space, underwater, etc.), and enter hyperspace in order to
move vast distances quickly. This power also generates his uniform: the uniform appears over his normal attire and vanishes at his will.
His power can act as a universal translator. He can also scan for energy signatures or particular objects. For more intricate problems or problems that require a back logged history (Of a planet, person, group, etc), he can connect with any mainframe available.
He can also send out an ultrasonic force from a charge of energy collected within his hands strong enough to destroy solid objects and incapacitate his
opponents.
